REGISTERING ON OUR WEBSITE
You do not have to register on our website to be able to place orders. If you use our ‘order as a guest’ function, we will save as little of your details as possible. If you want to place another order later, you will not find any of your details stored.
If you register with us, your details will be saved, so that you do not have to enter them again and you can use your unique username (email) and password to log in and access your My Account pages or order again.
If you are an individual, you can register against your own individual details. You will be able to order on credit card or paypal. We will save your contact details for future purchases but will not retain any card details.
If you are a retailer you can register and place orders online. Before you place your first order, please get in touch by phone to enable us to set up your account. You will be able to order on credit card or paypal. We will save your contact details for future purchases but will not retain any card details.
Orders can be delivered to any UK address. This can be the address you have registered against, or you can change to another delivery address during checkout. We use Royal Mail or DPD and items should arrive within 1 to 3 working days. Please check the delivery cost at checkout.
We will ship internationally with DHL. You can order on our website from a number of countries in Europe and the rest of the world. Depending on where you are delivery might take up to 12 working days.
Individual orders will be packed and prepared for shipping within 1 working day.
Retail orders will be send as soon as possible depending on order volume. We aim to provide next day service, but on rare occasions delivery can take a few days longer. Kindly note, that for initial orders including sales stands will agree on a delivery date.
